Please arrive 10-15 mins prior to your scheduled appointment, allowing time to check in, change into your robe and slippers, relax and complete the necessary questionnaire prior to your treatment if you haven't already done so.

There is plenty of free parking behind the building.

Treatment times are reserved especially for you. Please allow a minimum of 48 hours notice if you need to change or cancel your appointment. Failure to follow this policy will result in gift cards becoming void and/or loss of your booking payment.

Guests normally undress to their underwear, and gowns and slippers are provided for your use in the Spa. Sarongs are used in the treatment rooms and our therapists are trained to drape you to ensure your privacy and comfort at all times. Disposable underwear is supplied for guests having body treatments. We will provide you with a locker to store your clothes and valuables.
